Linc | The Lighting Cultivator Linc serves as a "virtual incubator" for new businesses and a cultivator for existing businesses. Our main office is located at NYSERDA's Saratoga Technology & Energy Park (STEP). We have a secondary office located at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lighting Research Center that is utilized when working with RPI researchers.

The STEP facility is located in the wooded grounds of Luther Forest and adjacent to Hudson Valley Community College's TEC-SMART facility. The STEP facility has a locker room, showers, and onsite Deli.

Our office is approximately 1300 square feet with conference space, a private office, internet, phone, kitchenette, and fax services. Upon request the space is available for meetings, presentations, and work sessions.

As a virtual incubator we provide many of the services of a traditional incubator program with the exception of rented business office space. However Linc does allow clients, for a small daily fee, to use our office and services while they are developing their business plan and getting on their feet. This provides you access to the following resources:

• Wired/Wireless Internet access
• Copy and fax machine
• Conference Room and Kitchenette
• Private office meeting space
• Temporary mailing address

These services are available by appointment only and from 9 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, Linc has extensive relationships with local tech parks, business parks, contractors, and real estate agents to assist our clients in locating or developing an appropriate facility that meets their needs.
